Food Delivery Review : Wild Hogs
A Flavourful and Wholesome Slab of Ribs to Satisfy One’s Craving. I embarked on a quest in search for a restaurant to satisfy my craving for flavourful pork ribs. So how did this restaurant fare in a delivery service? I placed the order via a third party app which was pretty straight forward and it arrived in pretty standard take-away boxes
The ribs were juicy with a generous meat to bone ratio. They were covered in a slightly smoky yet sweet sauce and a drizzle of sesame giving the dish a refreshing crunch. The potatoes were crusty on the outside and seasoned flavourfully with a hint of garlic and herbs. Completing the dish was a refreshing and crunchy coleslaw.
Although on the surface, it might seem like a simple dish, it was well balanced, flavourful and wholesome.
